About the Nucleotide Statistics page:
- Single nucleotide statistics are available for nucleotides in helices and in loops (unpaired). For both helices and loops, statistics are available for whether they are in the middle of the loop or helix or at the 5' or 3' end.
- Statistics for adjacent nucleotides are available. Similar to single nucleotides, statistics are given for adjacent nucleotides in the middle or at the 5' or 3' end of the helix or loop.
- Statistics for nucleotides in base pairs are given based on whether they are in the middle of the helix or at the 5' or 3' end of the helix.
- Statistics for 3 adjacent nucleotides are given based on whether each of the bases is paired. A "1" indicates that the base is paired and "0" indicates that the base is not paired. For example, a triplet with AGU under the 101 column gives statistics for a paired A, unpaired G and a paired U.
- Statistics for 4 adjacent nucleotides are given based on whether each of the bases is paired in the same format as statistics for 3 adjacent nucleotides.
