Internal loop statistics are available for the 3' half (columns) versus the 5' end (rows). For example, row 5 column 6 yields the amount of structures with internal loops of length 5 in the 3' half and length 6 in the 5' half. The concentration of internal loop lengths along the diagonal explains the phenomenon that long internal loops on one half do not match with short internal loops in the other half.
